Between 2016 and 2020, the company NanoThea carried out a project co-financed by the European Funds titled “Biopolymer Nanoparticles as Carriers of Radioisotopes for Early Cancer Diagnosis.”

The aim of the project was to develop a globally innovative nanotechnology-based radiopharmaceutical for the early diagnosis and therapy of cancer, addressing the urgent need for an effective, precise, and safe diagnostic marker.
