As part of this project, NanoVelos plans to conduct industrial research aimed at encapsulating a range of chemotherapeutic agents already used in clinical practice into patented nanoparticles. Among the newly synthesized nanopharmaceutical formulations, we will select those that demonstrate a reduction in side effects and/or an improvement in efficacy compared to free drugs. Subsequently, we will proceed with the experimental development phase – clinical trials. The obtained results will be used to prepare a licensing offer (commercialization phase) for further development, market introduction, and sales of the drug-nanoparticle combination. Encapsulating drugs in the NanoVelos drug delivery system will enhance tumor targeting, leading to reduced side effects and improved patient survival rates.
