The eighth edition of the InterNanoPoland scientific and business conference, the largest event in Poland dedicated to nanotechnology, will be held in Katowice on October 16-17, 2024. This year’s speakers include Julia Zakrzewska from NanoGroup S.A., who will speak in the panel “Nanotechnology in Medicine.”
InterNanoPoland is an international forum that brings together scientists, entrepreneurs, business environment institutions and students working in the field of nanotechnology and advanced materials. The list of invited guests includes company leaders and scientists from Poland and Europe.
During her presentation, titled “Case Study of Commercialization of NanOX Transplantation System,” Julia Zakrzewska, together with Łukasz Paciorkowski and Maciej Gaik from the technology company A4BEE, will present experiences related to the development and commercialization of the NanOX system. The presentation will not only discuss the development of breakthrough medical innovations based on nanotechnology, but also the challenges related to their introduction to the market.
Speakers will introduce participants to the impact of nanotechnology on the future of medicine, especially transplantology, and the difficulties faced by research teams and companies when implementing advanced technologies. Issues will be raised about technical, regulatory and market barriers that must be overcome so that innovative technologies can be made available to a wider audience.
The InterNanoPoland 2024 conference will be held in Katowice and is organized by the Foundation for the Support of Nanosciences and Nanotechnologies NANONET and the Silesian Nano Cluster – National Key Cluster, of which NanoGroup S.A. is a member. The event is a platform for the exchange of knowledge and ideas for all those interested in nanotechnology and advanced materials.
