NanoSanguis S.A.’s cooperation agreement with A4BEE

We recently informed about the conclusion of an agreement on June 11 between NanoSanguis S.A. with A4BEE. Today we present more information about the cooperation we have already started. The purpose of the contract is to create a functional prototype to support the kidney perfusion process, and the implementation date was set by both parties for September 2024.

The NanOX project we are implementing is an original system consisting of a device and perfusion fluid for extracorporeal storage of organs intended for transplantation. During the implementation of the project, NanoSanguis S.A. on June 11, 2024, signed a cooperation agreement with A4BEE. A4BEE is a renowned partner with relevant market experience in the field of design and construction of advanced and groundbreaking technological solutions. The company supports international biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical companies in developing and implementing innovative solutions. We hope that the established cooperation with such a dynamic and recognized partner will allow us to successfully certify the device.

The purpose of the concluded contract is to produce another, already 3rd, functional prototype to support the kidney perfusion process, as well as to transfer knowledge and prepare NanoSanguis S. A. to produce a production version of the device ready for certification. This is the next stage of the project’s development and at the same time another important step in the development of the NanOX Recovery Box device before the certification process. According to the contract, the deadline for completing the task was set for September 2024. The costs of this stage do not exceed PLN 500,000.

Przemysław Mazurek

As Managing Director, he restructured and developed the most dynamically operating Medical Center in the Podkarpacie region, creating and setting new standards of customer service quality on the market. Co-creator of the first solution in Poland for online registration of medical appointments. Co-founder of the first and only Infertility Treatment Clinic (MEDICOR) in Podkarpacie, which he headed as the President until 2009. He was responsible for the development of health insurance in the PZU Group. As Vice President of PZU Pomoc S.A. created the largest medical TPA in Poland to handle health insurance.
