Przemysław Mazurek is an experienced executive and innovator in the biotechnology sector, focusing on the development and commercialization of impactful breakthrough medical technologies. As the
President of the Management Board of NanoGroup S.A., he strategically leads the company’s growth, driving the implementation of innovative nanotechnology-based solutions with a clear vision for market
leadership.
His career in the medical sector began in 2004, when he successfully restructured and expanded one of the most dynamic medical centres in the Podkarpacie region, setting new standards for patient service. He co-founded Poland's first online medical appointment booking system and played a key role in establishing the region’s first and only infertility treatment clinic, where he served as President until 2009.
As Vice President of PZU ZdrowieS.A., he was responsible for the development of health insurance, leading the creation of the largest medical Third Party Administrator (TPA) in Poland. He built a nationwide healthcare provider network, implementing an innovative financial model that connected over 1,550 medical partners.
From 2015 to 2018, as Head of the Health Insurance Department at PZU Group S.A., he was responsible for strategy development, implementation, and further growth, leading to an additional budget of 650 million PLN. He also co-developed Poland’s first drug insurance product, achieving significant success.
Since 2015, he has been actively engaged in wealth management, offering strategic consulting in finance and business management. He has served on multiple boards in the healthcare sector and continues to advise organizations on financial strategies, healthcare innovation, and business development.

A medical doctor specializing in clinical pharmacology, former advisor to the Minister of Health on pharmaceutical policy. He negotiated Poland’s accession to the EU in the field of pharmaceuticals and was responsible for implementing EU directives in pharmacy into the Polish legal system. Co-founder of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices, and Biocidal Products. Owner of a consulting firm collaborating with international pharmaceutical companies on introducing new technologies to the Polish market.
An expert in the field of nanotechnology. Professor at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology, and head of the Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering Department. Author of two technologies, 12 granted patents, and over 50 publications. Founder of the BioMedLab research group and consultant for AstraZeneca, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, Adamed, Balton, and Galmed. He primarily works on biomedical nanotechnology, active coatings for medical implants, nanoparticles in cancer treatment, biodegradable and non-biodegradable implants, and bone-vascular prosthetics. He provides a rare but brilliant example of how bold ideas can become socially and financially profitable.

A well-known investor focused on companies in the medical and biotechnology sectors. He has extensive professional experience in the healthcare industry. Founder of Prosper S.A., which is part of the NEUCA S.A. Capital Group – a leader in the pharmaceutical distribution market in Poland. Member of the supervisory boards of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange: NEUCA, Selvita, and Braster. He is also involved in Venture Capital funds: Inovo and Experior. He holds a PhD in technical sciences and is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.
Co-Founder of CirCap and Capmont. Łukasz spent 9 years with Advent International, where, working in the Warsaw and London offices, he allocated over €650 million in investments. Previously, he served as Vice President at StepStone Group, and prior to that, as an Associate at Citi Private Equity. At Citi, he was responsible for managing and monitoring the $3.7 billion EMEA portfolio and preparing investment recommendations for various private equity and debt products.
Łukasz holds a BA from Rotterdam School of Management / Erasmus University and an MSc in Economics (with distinction) from the London School of Economics.
Throughout his career, he has participated in 19 transactions, including 11 private equity investments with an average return of 9.3x MoIC (Multiple of Invested Capital), involving companies such as InPost, Corialis, Partner in Pet Food, Visma, Valentino Fashion Group, Aster City, and Ultimo.

Dr. Rafał Płókarz is an experienced manager with a long career in leading banks in Poland (mBank; Bank BPH) and abroad (Edmond de Rothschild). He has also served on supervisory boards and audit committees for a number of capital market companies.
Since 2000, he has been an academic lecturer at top business universities, including Kozminski University in Warsaw, WSB Merito University in Toruń, and the Faculty of Management at the University of Warsaw. He is the author of dozens of scientific publications, including five academic-scientific books in the field of finance.
Dr. Tomasz H. Zastawny is a manager and expert in the life sciences sector with over 25 years of experience gained at international pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical companies. He specializes in strategic management, the development of innovative therapies, mergers and acquisitions, and the commercialization of new products in global markets.
He has held top management positions in international organizations active in the fields of clinical research, drug development, and biotechnology. He is currently the CEO of Armora Bio. Previously, he held positions including Chief Drug Development Officer at Parexel, Senior Vice President at Rakuten Medical, and Chief Development Officer at Adial Pharma. Throughout his career, he has led projects related to the development and global market launch of innovative therapies and medical devices.
He also has experience in venture capital investments, gained, among other roles, as a Partner and Chief Scientific Officer at Quark Venture. He actively participates in the development of technology and medical companies, serving in supervisory and advisory roles at entities operating in international markets.
Tomasz H. Zastawny, Ph.D., earned his postdoctoral degree from the Polish Academy of Sciences and his Ph.D. from Nicolaus Copernicus University. He has also completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School, including the Corporate Director Program, the Certificate in Finance, and the Strategy Execution Program. He is the author of over 80 scientific publications and a co-author of books on clinical trials and biopharmaceutical development.
Jakub Tatak is a financial manager with approximately 20 years of experience in corporate financial management. He has been with the LUX MED Group since 2008, where he participated in the integration and development of one of the largest private medical groups in Poland. Since 2018, he has served as a member of the LUX MED Management Board, responsible for finance, including mergers and acquisitions, financial planning and controlling, liquidity management, accounting and taxes, investments, and procurement.
From 2014 to 2018, he served as a member of the management board and chief financial officer of Carolina Medical Center, a subsidiary of the LUX MED Group. Previously, he held management positions in finance and auditing at PolCard, a subsidiary of First Data Corporation.
He also has experience in corporate governance as a member of the supervisory boards of LUX MED Group subsidiaries, including companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange.
He is a graduate of the Faculty of Management at the Academy of Commerce and Law in Warsaw. He has also completed numerous executive development programs offered by international educational institutions.
