Przemysław Mazurek is an experienced executive and innovator in the biotechnology sector, focusing on the development and commercialization of impactful breakthrough medical technologies. As the
President of the Management Board of NanoGroup S.A., he strategically leads the company’s growth, driving the implementation of innovative nanotechnology-based solutions with a clear vision for market
leadership.

His career in the medical sector began in 2004, when he successfully restructured and expanded one of the most dynamic medical centres in the Podkarpacie region, setting new standards for patient service. He co-founded Poland's first online medical appointment booking system and played a key role in establishing the region’s first and only infertility treatment clinic, where he served as President until 2009.

As Vice President of PZU ZdrowieS.A., he was responsible for the development of health insurance, leading the creation of the largest medical Third Party Administrator (TPA) in Poland. He built a nationwide healthcare provider network, implementing an innovative financial model that connected over 1,550 medical partners.

From 2015 to 2018, as Head of the Health Insurance Department at PZU Group S.A., he was responsible for strategy development, implementation, and further growth, leading to an additional budget of 650 million PLN. He also co-developed Poland’s first drug insurance product, achieving significant success.

Since 2015, he has been actively engaged in wealth management, offering strategic consulting in finance and business management. He has served on multiple boards in the healthcare sector and continues to advise organizations on financial strategies, healthcare innovation, and business development.

A graduate of the Warsaw School of Economics and the prestigious Advanced Management Program at IESE Business School – University of Navarra in Spain. Mr. Mazurek brings a strong academic foundation to his extensive practical experience.

A medical doctor specializing in clinical pharmacology, former advisor to the Minister of Health on pharmaceutical policy. He negotiated Poland’s accession to the EU in the field of pharmaceuticals and was responsible for implementing EU directives in pharmacy into the Polish legal system. Co-founder of the Office for Registration of Medicinal Products, Medical Devices, and Biocidal Products. Owner of a consulting firm collaborating with international pharmaceutical companies on introducing new technologies to the Polish market.

An expert in the field of nanotechnology. Professor at the Faculty of Chemical and Process Engineering, Warsaw University of Technology, and head of the Biotechnology and Bioprocess Engineering Department. Author of two technologies, 12 granted patents, and over 50 publications. Founder of the BioMedLab research group and consultant for AstraZeneca, Procter & Gamble, Reckitt, Adamed, Balton, and Galmed. He primarily works on biomedical nanotechnology, active coatings for medical implants, nanoparticles in cancer treatment, biodegradable and non-biodegradable implants, and bone-vascular prosthetics. He provides a rare but brilliant example of how bold ideas can become socially and financially profitable.

Former director and motivator of large companies and teams. Recognized as a leader in the Polish pharmaceutical industry. Member of the Supervisory Board of American Heart of Poland SA and President of WSiP SA. Previously, President of AstraZeneca Sp. z o.o., President of Fournier Polska Sp. z o.o., Sales Director at Pfizer Polska Sp. z o.o., Sales Director and Marketing Director at MSD Poland – also involved in clinical research.

Co-founder of Top Consulting S.A., one of the oldest consulting companies in the Polish market. He has over 25 years of international experience in investment consulting, capital raising for companies, market acquisitions, and company management. For many years, he was a consultant for American financial organizations on Wall Street in New York, including those listed on the NASDAQ and NYSE stock exchanges. He has advised, among others: Household International in preparing acquisition strategies and obtaining a banking license in Poland, Wussler Group, Ted Turner Pictures’ partner in attempting to acquire NTV, the largest private TV station in Russia, Eiffage Construction in acquiring Mitex, the largest construction company at the time, and Industrial Union of Donbas, an industrial group in Ukraine. He has been a member, chairman, and president of the supervisory boards of numerous companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange, including Bauma S.A. (now ULMA S.A.), Computerland Poland S.A. (now Signity), and PolAqua S.A. He is also a co-founder of the Start-up Hub Poland Fund. He graduated from the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw and International Relations at the University of Hawaii in Honolulu.

Investor, entrepreneur, and financial advisor with over 28 years of professional experience. He managed the oldest Polish brokerage firm, DM Penetrator S.A. He is a partner at Addventure and the chairman of the supervisory boards of companies such as Intersport Polska S.A., Ailleron S.A., Archicom S.A., Sotis Sp. z o.o., and OTC S.A. He was a former advisor to the Minister of Ownership Transformations and the Minister of the Treasury during privatization processes. An active participant in many environmental and legislative initiatives for the development of the Polish capital market. He has been involved in the implementation of dozens of capital-raising projects in both private and stock markets. He led the IPOs of companies including Mostostal Warszawa, Odlewnie Polskie, Poligrafia, WSiP, Polmos Białystok, Intersport, K2, Inteliwise, Cyfrowy Polsat, OT Logistic, Mercator Medical, Ailleron, and Archicom. He studied at AGH University of Science and Technology and the London Business School. Personally, he is a windsurfer, sailor, skier, traveler, poet, composer, and philanthropist.

A well-known investor focused on companies in the medical and biotechnology sectors. He has extensive professional experience in the healthcare industry. Founder of Prosper S.A., which is part of the NEUCA S.A. Capital Group – a leader in the pharmaceutical distribution market in Poland. Member of the supervisory boards of companies listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange: NEUCA, Selvita, and Braster. He is also involved in Venture Capital funds: Inovo and Experior. He holds a PhD in technical sciences and is a graduate of the Warsaw University of Technology.

A diplomat and specialist in the marketing and media industry. A graduate of the Department of International Relations at the State Institute of Languages and Eastern Civilizations in Paris, as well as history and sociology at the Higher School of Social Sciences, Faculty of History, in Paris. He is also a graduate of the Diplomatic Academy (Diplomatische Akademie) in Vienna and the Postgraduate Management Studies at the Faculty of Management, University of Warsaw. He has worked as a journalist, publicist, reviewer, translator, and foreign correspondent. Former advisor to the CEO for media relations at the Agricultural Market Agency and CEO of Press-Net. A Public Relations trainer for companies such as Migut Media, Knowledge, ECU International, and Akademia Reklamy Adam Śledański. He served as the director of the management office of the Association of Employment Organizations for Disabled People and as the CEO of the “Independent. Foundation for Disabled People.” Lecturer at the Institute of Journalism at the Warsaw School of Advertising.

Jose Arrieta is a former Chief Information Officer and Chief Data Officer at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). He oversaw IT investments totaling $6.3 billion, grants valued at $800 billion, and federal contracts amounting to $26 billion during his last three years at HHS. He provided cybersecurity solutions for 174,000 people and a network that conducted transactions with over 160 countries globally. Jose led the creation and implementation of the largest public health surveillance capability in the United States during the pandemic and spearheaded the national machine learning effort to accurately distribute testing materials and predict pandemic “hot spots” in the U.S. He successfully defended the HHS network against several large-scale cyberattacks carried out by nation-states.

Jose also directed the first three blockchain technology implementations in the U.S. public sector, one of which focused on reducing costs and accelerating the procurement cycle. He held cabinet-level positions, including Deputy Assistant Secretary for Procurement and Grants, Chief Information Officer, Chief Data Officer, Director of Small Business, Chief Procurement Officer, and Senior Director for Acquisitions. He managed the largest contracting entity in the U.S. government.

Jose created and taught the first blockchain course (Blockchain and Cryptocurrencies) at Johns Hopkins University and has taught business courses at the University of Virginia and Prince George’s Community College. After leaving the government, he founded a small incubator named Imagineeer and now works with clients and advises startups in various sectors, including healthcare, food, energy, climate change, streaming and analytics, cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, and quantum computing. He also serves as a member of the Advisory Board for Science and Technology for the Secretary of the Navy.
